Hi, I'm Kyle — and I built this for teachers like you.

A woman smiling while sitting on a wooden exercise saddle with a person sitting on her lap, in a bright indoor space with a large window and green plants in the background.

I've been teaching Pilates since 2012. And if I'm being honest, it took years before I felt confident enough to question what I'd been taught.

When you're new, you trust the process — the program, the framework, the instructors who trained you. What nobody tells you is that some of what you learn will turn out to be outdated, incomplete, or just plain made up. I didn't figure that out until I started cross-referencing what I knew against actual exercise science and finding the gaps everywhere.

True II Form exists to close those gaps. Updated research coupled with best practices, honest conversation, and the willingness to say "we don't know yet" instead of filling in the blanks with tradition. The education I wish I'd had at the start — that would have saved me years of unlearning.

If you've ever sat in a training and thought something doesn't add up here— you're in the right place.
